It’s too easy to say NO! To stay in our comfort zone. So many of us are too scared to take a leap of faith or are just plain old complacent.
So it’s YES to fun and adventure and so long as it’s legal, what do we have to lose?

Your e-mail put a smile on my face this morning. I too am not a huge Jim Carey fan, but loved that movie. After seeing it I thought about putting the same idea into action, but just didn’t get around to it. Now is my chace to take your 7 day challenge. I loved your note! Good point about saying YES to NO….(hmm – I’ll have to write about that someday as well!)

I really think it comes down to making clear choices vs being on autopilot or overwhelm.

Hi Anne,

Glad you enjoyed the article and WOW you do have a busy Feb planned!
Take the course however make sure to create a solid plan of action for after the Olympics
