		<description>Kim, yes, selling is all about relationships.  One of my newest customers did a lot of shopping around and was quoted rates a lot lower than what I was willing to offer.  However, when he made his decision, he chose me as we had established rapport through meeting face to face and the relationship told him that I would be there in good times and bad, helping his company grow.  I really believe that I got this client because of "Relationship, relationship, relationship!"</description>
